To better serve our patients we are charging a CANCELLATION FEE for all missed appointments or appointments that are cancelled in less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment.

Each patient’s appointment has been scheduled to give the appropriate amount of time for the doctors to treat each individual patient. If appointments are changed within the proper notification time of 48 hours it gives other patients the opportunity to be treated at an earlier date.

We ask that you help in the effort to better serve our patients. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
